1. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting or receiving services from the Company, you (“Client”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Scope of Services
The Company provides basic technology support services including, but not limited to:

  • Device setup and configuration

  • Internet and Wi-Fi setup

  • Operating system support

  • Virus/malware removal

  • Data transfer and backup support

  • General troubleshooting

Services may be provided in-person, remotely, or by phone/video. The Company may decline services at its sole discretion.

3. No Guarantee of Outcome
While we aim to resolve your issues effectively, we do not guarantee that any service will fully resolve the issue or meet your expectations. Troubleshooting and repair services involve inherent risks, including potential complications.

 

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data or software

  • Hardware failure, corruption, or incompatibility

  • Loss of business, revenue, or productivity

  • Unintended software behavior or security vulnerabilities

  • Third-party software or hardware malfunctions

Client is solely responsible for maintaining current backups. The Company is not responsible for backing up, restoring, or ensuring data integrity unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

4A. Data Migration and Computer Setup Services
If you request assistance with setting up a new device or migrating data from an existing one, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Backup Responsibility:

You are solely responsible for backing up all critical files, settings, and data prior to service. We do not create backups unless explicitly agreed in writing.

No Guarantee of Data Transfer:
We do not guarantee complete or error-free transfer of files, settings, software, or account data.

Credential & Licensing Requirements:
You must provide valid credentials (e.g., Apple ID, Google login, Microsoft account, product keys). We will not bypass passwords or install unlicensed software.

Hardware & Software Limitations:
We are not liable for compatibility issues or errors caused by hardware, third-party software, outdated systems, or configuration changes requested by the Client.

Third-Party Services:
We are not responsible for service interruptions, data loss, or outcomes tied to tools like OneDrive, iCloud, Google Drive, or others.

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

  • Provide truthful and accurate information

  • Ensure proper access to devices, logins, and tools

  • Take reasonable measures to protect their own data and systems

6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its owners, agents, contractors, and affiliates — including any minors working under adult supervision — from any claims, liabilities, costs, or damages arising from your use of our services.

7. Warranty Disclaimer
All services are provided “as-is” with no warranties, express or implied. We disclaim any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or performance guarantee.

8. Minor Participation
While services may be performed by a minor acting under the direction of the managing member, all services are officially provided by the LLC. Clients understand that service delivery may involve learning scenarios and waive any special expectation due to the technician’s age.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State]. Any legal action shall be brought in the courts of Blaine County, Idaho.

10. Acceptance
By requesting, scheduling, or receiving services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
